Refund Policies

Duplicate orders can be canceled and a full refund will be initiated, if the customer calls immediately after placing the order.

Once the customer places the order, and due to some reason Emirates flowers cancels the order, then the customer will get a full refund.

The refund amount will be credited back to the source within 10 to 45 days after canceling the order.

For order cancellation and refund, the customer should directly call the customer care number +971-26673997 one day before delivery.

Late Deliveries

If we are unable to deliver your item on a selected date due to circumstances within our control, you are entitled to a full refund. If, on the other hand, we are unable to make a delivery as scheduled due to circumstances outside our control (the unavailability of your recipient or a wrong address, for example), we do not issue a refund. If a recipient is unavailable when we attempt delivery, we will leave a note requesting a call to schedule delivery. If appropriate, we will also contact you when delivery issues arise.

Incorrect Delivery Information

As stated above, if you have given us incorrect delivery information, we cannot offer guaranteed delivery. You will be allowed to adjust the information up to two business days before the delivery date. If our delivery personnel report that the delivery address is incorrect, we will try to contact you for the correct address and if it is a different location, the delivery charge will be added once again and we will try to deliver it again, We will not be liable, however, if we are unable to make a delivery due to incorrect delivery information, and we will not be able to issue a refund.

Undeliverable Locations

Orders to hospitals, hotels, or company addresses are not guaranteed, but in most cases arrive as requested. If your delivery is going to such a location, please provide the name and telephone number of the hospital, hotel, or company. In the case of hospitals, we also need the recipient’s ward and room number. Emirates Flowers will attempt to deliver your bouquet by each facility’s procedure, but cannot be held liable if these procedures prevent successful delivery. Please note that many hospitals do not permit delivery to individual rooms and that most ICUs do not permit flower delivery at all. Please check with the hospital before placing your order. Emirates Flowers cannot issue a refund if unable to make a delivery due to these issues.

Refund Request And Claims

If your order was unsatisfactory, damaged, or the wrong item delivered you may request a refund by submitting a claim within one hour from the delivery time. In case of quality issues, after submitting the claim, our customer service agents will request that you send a digital picture of the delivered product as soon as possible. Once we review the images for the authenticity of the complaint, and if we find out that it is genuine, then we will initiate the refund.

Refused Deliveries

If a recipient refuses delivery, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Availability of Items and Substitution

We accept orders for items subject to availability. If for any reason the items you ordered are no longer available, we will contact you using the contact details you supplied when placing your order and either: Offer you an alternative item of equivalent quality and price if this is possible; or Cancel the item from your order and give you a full refund in respect of that item. If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response from you, we will process any remaining items on your order and refund you for the items we were unable to supply.

Cancellations

Cancellations for a full refund are allowed if made one business day or more before the scheduled delivery date. If an order is canceled less than one business day before the delivery date, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation cannot be done once the order is ready to deliver.

For cancellation, the Customer should request over the phone.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
